Harriet Tubman Unit Study
Finally the second installment of our 12 Months of Black History series! Our February unit is on the illustrious Harriet Tubman. With a 4 page biography, pages to record thoughts and learning, math activities for Kindergarten through 4th grade, research note sheet, playdough mat pages (laminate these please!), a list of additional resources as well as the articles that I referenced for the biography, and a customized list of lapbook activity ideas for older students who can handle larger projects.
Our unit studies are designed for multi-age learning environments, and they are perfect for homeschooling families, learning pods, and other non-conventional learning scenarios. Are your kids in public school, but they've cut "DEI" initiatives? Our unit studies are inexpensive, and half of our profits for the unit studies will be donated to Greenwood Rising, a museum dedicated to teaching the public about the Tulsa Race Massacre.
